For the 5th time in 6 years Rafa has won the men's title. He is 38-1.
He went a perfect 22-0 on clay this season - dropping only 2 sets.
This is the 2nd time he's won RG without a loss of a set - also in '08.
For the 2nd year Robin defeated the #1 seed to lose the final to #2 seed.
With his win Rafa will return to #1 tomorrow.
And with no points to defend on grass he will extend his lead dramatically.
The last 2 years the RG champ has gone on to win Wimbledon.
Rafa has confirmed his appearance at next weeks Queens Club.
I guess his matches weren't long enough at RG - he's playing doubles too.
