Rafa is on his way to Melbourne looking to complete the Rafa Slam.

The Laureus Awards are the big papi of sports awards.

Rafa was nominated in this catagory once before in '09 losing to Usain Bolt.

In '06 he won the Laureus World Newcomer of the Year.
