She is coming off a piss-poor Indian Wells/Miami swing: 1-2.
Sveta is heading into the clay season where she was dismal in '10: 2-5.
Possible upside: She is currently ranked #14 and with some decent results...

Said Flavia after the match, "I just got the better of her at the end. It was a tough match from the start. I started well then got a bit tired, and Carla started playing more aggressively. I could have won it in two sets; I had to start all over again in the third, but from 3-all I played very well. I think Carla will have many chances to win this tournament though."
